A growing set of internal and partner applications needed consistent single sign-on, strong authentication and auditable access.

## Approach

- Built USAA's first Oracle Identity Federation servers.
- Engineered Oracle Access Manager (single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, authorization) and Oracle Identity Manager across 80+ WebLogic servers.

## Governance

- Supported regulatory access reviews and centralized authorization.

## Outcome

- The foundation for later Okta and Salesforce integrations.
